Customer Service Update


We are currently experiencing a service disruption due to a technical issue with our internet service provider, which is intermittent. This means customers may experience the following problems:

  1. Making payments
  2. Submitting packets online
  3. Registration for Sponsor Marks and renewals
  4. Communications with the Assay Office teams
  5. Shipping out of Royal Mail packets

Other services remain operational and we are able to process hallmarking through production.
