We are only able to receive packets sent directly to us without paperwork at Goldsmith's Hall and Heathrow Offices. Any packets received at Goldsmiths' Hall direct to us without an online submission will incur the Processing of Direct Packets surcharge.

Any packets submitted to us from within the UK must be accompanied with an online hallnote submission or paper hallnote.
