Lincoln Cathedral Heritage Skills Festival

Last weekend saw 26 of the City of London Livery Companies and Lincoln Cathedral join together to celebrate traditional crafts and skills.

The Heritage Skills Festival gave visitors a unique opportunity to see at first hand the skills and knowledge that are kept alive for future generations through the City of London Livery Companies.

Head of Training, Education & Trading Standards Liaison Dave Merry and his apprentice Ryan Grant manned the Assay Office stand in the Chapter House of the Cathedral. Prime Warden Judith Cobham-Lowe took part in a procession and joined the Assay team over the weekend.
